Description

It’s Serious Fun with Planet Scuba!

‘Challenging’ and ‘rewarding’ best describe the PADI Rescue Diver course. Building upon what you’ve already learned, this course focuses on how to prevent problems, and how to manage them if they occur. The fun part of this course is rising to challenges and mastering them. Most divers find this both demanding and rewarding, and at the end, say it’s the best diving course they’ve ever taken.

What You Learn

The PADI Rescue Diver course consists of three components – knowledge development, rescue training sessions and open water rescue scenarios. These elements combine to increase your awareness, confidence and rescue preparedness. You will learn about self-rescue, recognising and managing stress in other divers, emergency management and equipment, as well as how to assist tired, panicked and unresponsive divers.
