prerequisites with the Emergency First Response course. As one of the
foremost international CPR and first aid training organizations, the Emergency
First Response course gives you the confidence to deal with medical emergencies
– not just in diving situations, but in your everyday life as well.
What You Learn
The Emergency First Response Primary Care (CPR) and Secondary Care (First Aid)
courses teach you how to provide emergency care for someone in need. These
courses make learning easy by providing a non-stressful environment in which
participants can practice and apply emergency care skills?
Emergency First Response Primary and Secondary Care courses are based on
internationally recognized medical guidelines for emergency care produced
through consensus of practicing professionals in the emergency medical field.
The skill development part of this course covers a range of key Primary & Secondary
Care skills demonstrated by your EFR Instructor and reinforced through video presentation?
Our course includes an introduction to emergency oxygen provision as relevant to diving emergencies? Group practice sessions allow step-wise skill mastery and confidence building?
Role playing exercises build on this, encouraging you to apply your newly acquired skills to a variety of more realistic emergency scenarios.
