What You Learn
The PADI Open Water Diver course consists of three components – knowledge development, confined water skill development and open water training dives. These elements combine to provide the entry-level student with the skills and knowledge necessary to become a competent diver. Successful completion of the course enables you to explore the underwater world safely and enjoyably with a buddy, as well as continuing with further training!
Minimum Qualification
1. Minimum age: 15 years (10 years for PADI Junior Open Water Diver)
2. Ability to meet waterskills assessment requirements (200m swim or 300m snorkel swim, & a 10 minute survival float)
