The PADI Enriched Air Diver Course
The PADI Enriched Air Diver or Nitrox course is one of PADI’s most popular specialty scuba diving course, and it’s easy to see why. Scuba diving with enriched air gives you more no decompression dive time. This means more time underwater, especially on repetitive scuba dives!

You can typically stay down longer and get back in the water sooner. No wonder many divers choose this as their very first specialty!
What You Learn
– Techniques for getting more dive time by using enriched air nitrox
– Enriched air scuba diving equipment considerations
– Enriched air considerations, including managing oxygen exposure,
– how to tell what’s in your scuba tank and how to set your dive computer.
Minimum Qualification
– PADI (Junior) Open Water Diver (or equivalent)
– Minimum age: 15 years
– Note- also can be taken concurrently with the Open Water Diver Course.

Note: two training dives are recommended as part of the PADI Enriched Air Diver Course, but are not mandatory prior to certification. If you elect to do the training dives (under the supervision of your PADI Instructor) the following additional items will incur an additional charge:
– Trip for open water training (choose from various sites!)
– Open water training dives using Enriched Air
– Equipment rental
– Personal expenses
– Return land / air transfers
– Marine park conservation fees
– Extra stay or leisure dives
