The Calypso is durable and dependable in even the most demanding conditions. Its easy-to-maintain, lightweight, compact and comfortable design makes it a great fit for beginners and for use in dive centers. Dive centers will appreciate that this new version is compatible with previous versions.

First stage

• COMPACT Compact, easy to pack and easy to store.
• DUST CAP PROTECTION Attached to the regulator body, the Dust Cap protects the inlet fitting and the Auto Closure Device from impacts and damage. It also seals the first stage when it’s off the tank.
• HIGH-FLOW PISTON TECHNOLOGY Ensures great performance and excellent reliability. The large-diameter piston gives you a more stable outlet pressure. Piston regulators are low maintenace and trouble free making them an ideal choice for dive centers and rental.
• HIGH PRESSURE/MEDIUM PRESSURE PORTS HP and MP ports and “T” Shape o 2 HP ports (7/16”) and 4 MP ports (3/8”) perfectly oriented in a “T” shape for streamlined hose positioning.
• INTUITIVE DESIGN Designed with large holes in end caps for easy cleaning and better thermal exchange and improved resistance to freezing.
• SECOND FILTER Includes a second filter, which can be change without dismantling and provides increased protection from polluted air.
• OPEN-YOKE SCREW Helps prevent water retention.

Second stage

• VENTURI ADJUSTMENT SWITCH The Venturi Adjustment Switch allows divers to precisely control and adjust the air flow. In the “MIN” position, the valve’s assistance is minimized, resulting in a higher inhalation effort, ideal to avoid freeflow. In the “MAX” position, the valve’s assistance is maximized, resulting in a lower inhalation effort. The overmolded elastomer and ergonomically designed lever allow control of the air flow even while wearing gloves.
• POLYURETHANE PURGE COVER Rugged, durable polyurethane purge cover is abrasion-resistant, tear-resistant, minimizes inhalation effort, allows easy water purging, and helps protect against shock.
• COMFOBITE A patented and comfortable mouthpiece featuring a unique palate bridge reduces jaw fatigue and securely holds the second stage in place. Made from hypoallergenic silicone, the orthodontic mouthpiece is both soft and sturdy.
• INTERCHANGEABLE MOUTH PIECE The detachable and reusable mouthpiece clamp allows for quick and simple tool-free change, avoiding plastic waste.
